By participating you affirm that you understand that I reserve all rights of my copyright and own any changes made thereto which MUST BE APPROVED BY ME in writing (or email). In addition, you agree to pay performance royalties (at standard ASCAP rates) for the right to perform (performance rights) any subsequent performance of the work and any event or mechanical royalties pertaining to the copyrighted song or instrumental.
